Benefits of the Trip: From Dr. Dan the Mental Man

Dr. Dan (aka Dano) has accompanied VYSA ODP annually on the International Trip. Unfortunately, this year he is unable to join us. He offers some words of advise for our players (This video will be shown to the players).

Dano holds a doctorate in sport psychology, currently works with US Soccer National Teams, US Soccer National Coaching School, USA Hockey, USA Skiing and various Pro Athletes, USA Colleges, Associations and Clubs. A former Olympic swimmer, follow him on twitter @DrDanFriegang.
